Truffle plants – tree plants in which has been developed truffle mycorrhiza roots under laboratory conditions. Thereby, tree and mushroom mycorrhiza grow and continue to develope together: a tree shares with carbohydrates and while truffle helps the tree to get extra moisture and also protects against various diseases.

The high quality of Truffle oaks, truffle hazel trees and all the other truffle trees pro­duced by France nursery within the frame­work of the ISO 9001 stan­dard and mon­i­tored by the France National Institute for Agronomic Research al­lowed the pro­duc­tion of truf­fles to in­crease again on a Eu­ro­pean level.
